I started Pilates a few weeks back and it is very very relaxing !!
Pilates is where I went to when I said I wanted to be fit. Strong and flexible fit. Its awesome for both. I love the intensity but also how it reaches you to breathe, not overdo things (which decreases chance of injuring yourself, which I do a lot, I’m very clumsy). Anyways, yay pilates!
Wonderful. I haven’t stretched all week and I can feel how tight I am going to be when I start back up. I’m scared. But I must keep stretching in order to be flexible like this girl!
